Anatoli Granovsky (Soviet agent in the NKVD, predecessor to the KGB) in "I Was An NKVD Agent" talks about attending sex school. Half of the men would be trained as homosexuals. I believe their job was to spread homosexuality throughout the education system, throughout seminaries, etc.
