Hey frens just wanted to share my interview experience at palm harbor honda. I came to an interview today for a tech position that pays more than my current position and is closer to home. I was told that one of the requirements for employment was to get the cOviD vaccine. Of course me being who i am i told buddy absolutely not and shook his hand and left. It was pretty discouraging hearing that because the reason i left my home of 10+years in colorado was to get away from that shit. Didnt think this was allowed in Florida. Thanks for reading anons. I agree to the possible dangers. A very simple solution would be to ensure that every solar set up is equipped with an automatic off switch disconnecting from the grid like most generators are able to do now, or they could not connect to the grid at all and just be used to offset some of the consumption without trying to sell any energy back to the power companies. It was in the passed amendment that you are not to disconnect from the grid if you are using solar, making it impossible to use solar after outages. I feel like this technology should be standard issue given the possible implications. This is not an attack on the line workers, I have known a few and they do risk their lives on every call to ensure that we can remain comfortable. Instead of shutting off the power just prior to the grid connection you have to cut the power from the source itself. They pulled the wool over our eyes. Better yet, just let those that want solar to disconnect completely if they wish. They got us with the notion that we could, perhaps, sell unused energy to the energy companies when everything was on the Up and Up but even that amounts to peanuts overall. FPL tells me that I could save $30 a year off my bill if I get the solar hook up that they offer.
I am not pushing for solar either as I do not have it and most of the panels are made using slave labor and stolen property, they are also horridly bad for the environment. I have bought a few panels if SHTF, which will never be connected to my home directly but will be used to power small appliances in the day if need be. I got them before I "KNEW" and I have only gotten as far as opening one to verify the contents. I also kind of want to make a hydrogen torch that I don't have to "pay" for.
