A Nurse Friend is asking for help! CMS vaxx mandate effective 12/5!

My friend is going to submit a request for a religious exemption, but if she is unable to be granted an extension and is forced to take the vaxx to feed her family, which vaxx carries the least lethal side effects. I am not sure I have seen any comparison. Thank you!

My friend is a nurse and her religious exemption was just approved, many at her hospital were.
