Just said essentially the same. I think he's a bit over the top as an actor actually, which is part of what makes me think he is a White Hat. Copying the below from my other comment on this you might find article from link interesting:

I still think Comey was a White Hat plant. The cabal probably threatened him a long time ago. His behavior was just so cartoonish to me I have to believe he was acting and just isn't very good at it. I wish I knew more about what happened when Trump and his brother were informants leading up to the Giuliani mob trials. So many of the same people involved, including Mueller, Barr, Comey, Rosenstein. To be a fly on the wall.
