Not justified. this was murder.
this was a premeditated execution. gunman was having an affair with the young woman in the video (gunman is married to a local judge) they called the childs father to the house to pick his son up (his son was never at the house) they knew it would lead to an argument and confrontation. 100% premeditated, buttttttttttttttt this will get swept under the rug and the shitty part is the gunman and his judge wife that he cheated on are Republicans
I do not believe that Self defense or Stand Your Ground Law should hold up here. He clearly did not need to grab his rifle, nor did he have a reason to kill the dad. Manslaughter at the very least.

Good point. I also find it odd that the son was not there even though the dad had a 3:15 time to pick him up. My inner conspiracy theory is like, hmmmm!!! Set up?
That's true, specially if you know the dad is someone that isn't going to back down when someone has a gun on him....
You could tell the dad wasn't scared of that gun at all... and the person who shot him at the end wasn't fazed by it at all, almost like it was apart of a plan.
Another thing that is odd to me, is that the wife does not seem to be fazed one bit by the shooting. And the person in the house who is also filming, does nothing but clear their throat. No shock in their actions whatsoever.

That said, if this is the video of the father picking up his kid, I don't think it was self defense - the guy's life was never in danger from what i saw.
