But they didn't fail. They are toxic by design. CDC, the FDA and big pharma are all celebrating their smashing success.

Well. Successful as far as helping the globalists with their depopulation agenda. Of course they were never meant to actually stop COVID-19. This "virus" is Big Pharma's cash cow.
