Generally, it's what some of us at GAW have been talking about since Omicron first popped up, while governments and the media ramped up their propaganda to 11. Mind you, in the beginning of the Wuhan flu pandemic, this kind of scenario was considered to be a good thing or outcome because the virus would be defanged. Now, it's Mankind's Worst Disaster (because Big Pharma stocks will drop.)
Also, if you consider what some countries want to do, like Singapore -- "living with the virus", then a weak Wuhan flu would be a really great thing to have. Singapore is having real trouble getting their numbers lower than about 1,000. They can't really control the virus anymore, most likely there are plenty of asymptomatic carriers and spreaders. Omicron won't be such a bad thing if it replaces Delta. Pushing the panic button was stoooopid.
But there's not much hope for Singapore, because they think they are the smartest kids in South-East Asia and they are very obedient in getting jabbed.
Keep an eye on South Africa, the supposed epicenter of Omicron. If mild cases are sustained and there are very few adverse cases, then it is a really good flu to spread all over. 30+ mutations on the spike protein, was it? Researchers all over the world wanted to mutate and defang the spike protein; well, here is nature's helping hand.
If mainstream fake news double down hard on avoiding to report any actual numbers, then it is a confirmation that Omicron is really very mild. Maybe check the toxicity of this mutated spike protein as well. And, going by past practices, there is no more reason for lockdowns or jabs. Natural immunity is best, plus help the old and fragile to protect themselves better.
Yeah, some in the mainstream are pushing back against the "panic" narrative now. See ZH:
