Stare decicis is a joke played on us to make precedent the rule of law.

The Constitution as Thomas points out inconveniently stands in the way. Case law is a distraction. This is a state issue. Overturn roe and let the people of each state decide

Then this unrighteous shit won't affect the entire nation only te stupid states that keep it.
