That means, of the 32 pregnant women who responded, 26 of them reported that their babies died, 5 reported 'outcome pending' which I guess means they were still pregnant at that time, and only one reported a normal birth. That's 81 percent by my math.
Given the large number of people who didn't respond, it is very likely that the remaining women had similar results, which may explain why they intentionally reported it this way. 26 deaths out of 270 doesn't sound nearly as bad as 26 out of 32.
