Oh, that's right. That is illegal.
They've been charging smokers more since the 1980s.
Maybe for life insurance but I have not seen them charged more for regular health insurance.
I was speaking of health insurance. Happened at a company I worked for back then.
Maybe for certain companies or certain states.
I know it is illegal where I am but my job is under collective bargaining.
