Do it! I never thought I would leave California but being in a red state now for 3 months makes me never want to move back.

me too! moved over labor day. has been a great experience so far. little towns can have their quirks so it's good to pick one near a bigger town just in case you move to one that is a little standoffish at first.

I moved over labor day too! It's been so great my kids had Halloween parties at school instead of "harvest" parties where they weren't allowed to dress up. My friends back in CA are stressing about their kids being vaccinated at school and I'm over here like that's still a thing?
