Any fast food or commercial enterprise is probably already spiking their “beef” with a percentage of “protein” sources.

you must get meat from a known grower and dine at establishments with a based owner who is really doing due diligence on his suppliers. It’s getting easier to buy direct from farmers and ranchers.
