My guess is he died from respiratory issues caused by the shot. The problem is one size does not fit all. Common sense tells you that if Covid causes respiratory issues and the Covid shot is causing an increase in Covid among the vaccinated, and this man had natural immunity from having had Covid, then he should be exempt from needing the shot, unless you are trying to cull your transplant list.
