She's posing, seriously? I am assuming that is her child in her lap, and he's obviously in distress while she's posing for the best angle. I bet you dollars to donuts this wasn't the only one either, she took a handful and picked out the one that she felt looked the most attractive. Poor kid, his mom is more interested in social media clout than his obviously traumatizing experience.
