Just want to mention this re the organic produce growing. When you pick out land, you have to check and see, documented, how long ago (if ever) the land or even the adjacent land, was growing crops using commercial pesticides. Land has to have gone a certain number of years without chemicals, for you to legally and morally be able to grow true organic produce and sell it advertised as such. Also, pay attention to where any big growers are around you and if you are predominantly downwind of them so you don't get a place where you have to smell those poisons in the air. Anyone remember that book from back in the day, "Five Acres and Independence"? It was so helpful.
