I work out a ton and had the same exact thing. Had zero energy all week. Forcing myself back into the gym now.

I told my family this flu is a superbug and to look out. This was NOT like any normal flu I’ve had and the at home covid test I took came back negative. Something mean is going around. Stock up on zinc and vitamins. Wouldn’t wish what I went through this week on anyone.
