The reality is that even though it is available, not that many people go through with it.
The guidelines are fairly stringent. I believe the request for the drugs needs to be made to the physician once and then a second time 10-14 days later. Basically, it is to ensure it is not someone having a bad day. From what I read awhile back. A fair number of people don't make the second call and for those that do and get the Rx, a fair number don't take it. I think it is a hell of a lot harder to pull the trigger than people think.
