Its not super new.. about 2 weeks back. But it is very revealing. Massive organized crime posing as legit government departments, no apparent genuine resources in health, in immunology, in diagnostic services.. but a byzantine bureaucrat service that delays and loses applications and loses files while people are not 'allowed' to work.
