What is immobile ready reserve for those of us not familiar with military terms?
Basically you are the reserve for the reserve. All military members sign a contract with a 2-4 year IRR placement (immobile ready reserve) when they sign up. If ww3 happens, you're called back up, essentially. Not all branches are going that route.
So basically the guys active in practice that don’t suit up on game days. Appreciate the explanation!
Not even active! Basically, we have the training in case it is needed.
