I think you are mistaken. This is my interpretation of the events. Not enough people went along with the New World Order plans for controlling the populace with their vaccine schtick. So now they are going to release smallpox and kill the majority. It was always the plan. They wanted a slow and easy depopulation but instead are going to have to release the smallpox and then hit the bunkers.
