If I wasn't clear I was inferring that someone could post this telegram picture on twitter. As in, if I were to copy and paste it into my twitter acct. Seems as thought that would diminish it being the real deal.

I think most people assume this was going to come directly from Trump's twitter acct, or at least something/someone close to it. But the Q drop doesn't specify. Just 'look to twitter'.
