Sorry if I am slow to this one friends, but does anyone have a comprehensive source on this? Are they real? I have some family that could really use this - but I'm not 100% sure what this is.

We Frens again! Only a few people I wasn't fond of watching and I know way more about cooking than I know most of the time. Really opened me up to how to have fun with next to nothing and allows me to occupy my mind instead of the television plus I get to eat when I am finished!
