Coupled with the (hopeful) Scavino comms and the AWS outages... Just found it extremely odd and hopeful this might be the start of something.

It usually happens at 10am the first Tuesday of every month (primarily for tornado stuff).

Typically it lasts for somewhere around a minute, but this was definitely abnormal.
