I grew up in and am currently part of a reformed church, where there is a belief in a duality of churches. There is the visible church (whether a church, a home, temporary meeting place, outside, etc.) and an invisible church (those who truly worship and believe in God). We are commanded to worship together (hence the visible church), even though many around us, even those who do attend services and "do the motions" but don't really believe in it. So many churches have ministers who even fall under this same problem, I think we live in a time of Great Shakening right now. The Great Shakening is purging the church from many evil leaders, because going to church is less "mainstream" (in the eyes of the media) and now people there for some sort of fame are outing themselves. The wolves in sheep clothing are failing to hide from sheep, and the sheperd is removing them one by one. Hold the line, keep the faith, in the end, GOD WINS!
Don't be fooled. He's still a priest. Just not for the same God you and I worship.
This is just another part of the great apostasy - a counterfeit church.
