If judges are overruling these mandates because it’s power overreach at the federal and are saying that it should be determined at the state level, what will happen at the state level when the dust settles?

However, courts have blocked several Biden administration vaccine mandates for exceeding executive branch authority and usurping a power over health policy, which is generally left to the states.

I’m still really concerned about what our governor from hell here in California is going to do with these mandates. I will not vaccinate my kids under any circumstance and he’s still gunning for mandates. My husband will lose his job too. What can the courts do at that level???

Start fighting it at a local level. Just as the federal government doesn’t have the authority to impede on state rights, the state doesn’t have certain authorities. Check out what just happened with DeBlasio and NYC mandates. We the people have to take our country back.
