Not american but im pretty sure I read theres a maximum length of interim term after the president is removed before its considered a full term for purposes of term limits. Was 18 months iirc, then hes not eligible to run for a 3rd? Hopefully someone can clarify
I'm fairly certain the only limitations is that you can't be president for more than 10 years total, and you can't run for office if you have served more than 6 years already, and two of those years has to be taking over for someone else's presidential term.
