Ever since the coof started, I’ve been looking into the benefits of different vitamins and supplements to help the immune system, help your body fight covid etc. I started taking D3, vitamin C, zinc and NAC. Since I’ve been taking these supplements, I’ve noticed a huge decrease in my depression. So much of a decrease that I was able to wean off of my antidepressant ! I’ve been off off it for over a year now, and feel great. I want to dive in to learning more about what supplements can do for other illnesses and to prevent future problems. Google searching leads me to some info, but it’s hard to know which info is trustworthy and efficacious. Do you pedes have any suggestions on reading material or resources to get me started learning more? TIA❤️

Wow, that's amazing and great to hear to you were able to "cut the cord" to big pharma as a service.
I have a friend who was dealing with hormonal issues after a pregnancy. Homeopathy worked for the issues that she faced in her mind and the body issues were resolved with supplements under the guidance of a naturopath. You can research naturopath's as many of them have free videos available and most deal with issues by targeting the root cause rather than simply trying to ease the symptoms.
Yeah, I was on antidepressants for like 25 years! I normally get winter depression that starts in October, but this year I haven’t had any symptoms. It really gives me hope that this stuff is helping me. I still get anxiety sometimes in the car (I have no clue why driving makes me panicky, it never used to) but other than that, I’ve been so much better. I will do a search for naturopath and see what I can find. Do you know if any particular naturopath doctors or Youtubers who are good to follow?
Yes, the vitamin D supplement really helps this time of year since you get less hours of sunlight and the temperatures are not hot enough where you want to be outside.
Planet Naturopath is the one that my friend used.
