Ever since the coof started, I’ve been looking into the benefits of different vitamins and supplements to help the immune system, help your body fight covid etc. I started taking D3, vitamin C, zinc and NAC. Since I’ve been taking these supplements, I’ve noticed a huge decrease in my depression. So much of a decrease that I was able to wean off of my antidepressant ! I’ve been off off it for over a year now, and feel great. I want to dive in to learning more about what supplements can do for other illnesses and to prevent future problems. Google searching leads me to some info, but it’s hard to know which info is trustworthy and efficacious. Do you pedes have any suggestions on reading material or resources to get me started learning more? TIA❤️

I will also add that reading about fenbenfazole and it’s effects on treating cancer interested me a ton. Any other info similar to that that you know of?
When it comes to treating cancer, what has floored me the most is the story of Dr Gerson. This man accidently was curing cancer in his patients through simple dietary changes. He made such an impact that the newspapers were reporting that we found the cure for cancer. Then the government got involved. The papers never mentioned it again, and Dr Gerson was run out of the country and survived several assasination attempts. He built the Gerson Insitute in Mexico and started curing cancer patients there and today his granddaughter runs the place. They usually get the terminal cancer patients that go to them after their doctors sent them home to die, but you can also use their method at home too, because it's all food.
ETA: I actually convinced a family member to do this when she had stage 4 cancer and it was working beautifully for her and it actually shocked her doctors, unfortunately they still convinced her to take chemo just to be safe. The risk with chemo of course is that the cancer can just come back elsewhere within 5 years. In her case it came back with a vengence after only 2 years. She absolutely regrets it now. Had to have several organs removed and she's still not out of the clear. Said no matter what happens she's never getting chemo again.
Never underestimate the power of food to heal, or kill you.
My mom was diagnosed with lung cancer one year in January. Four months later she was dead. She had immediately started chemotherapy. It made her so sick, she couldn't keep any food down. She slept all the time. She told us in her last days that if she could have done it all over, she would have never let them treat her with chemotherapy.
