Ever since the coof started, I’ve been looking into the benefits of different vitamins and supplements to help the immune system, help your body fight covid etc. I started taking D3, vitamin C, zinc and NAC. Since I’ve been taking these supplements, I’ve noticed a huge decrease in my depression. So much of a decrease that I was able to wean off of my antidepressant ! I’ve been off off it for over a year now, and feel great. I want to dive in to learning more about what supplements can do for other illnesses and to prevent future problems. Google searching leads me to some info, but it’s hard to know which info is trustworthy and efficacious. Do you pedes have any suggestions on reading material or resources to get me started learning more? TIA❤️

Very curious as I have hormone fed cancer, won't need chemo, butsomeof his products I assume would increase the hormones I need to get rid of, so then what does one do? Like I know turmeric is good, but it is estrogenic, quercetin can also be estrogenic (mind you I do take one a day for the zinc ionophore effect with Covid running around). They want basically zero estrogen and zero progesterone in me. They are also recommending a new drug, verzinio (abemaciclib) a CDK4/6 inhibitor. Anyone have any experience with these type drugs? Side effects aren't great I've read and it's very expensive. I'm pretty torn about what to do
Have you consulted with a naturopathic dr? I would, especially one that specializes in cancer treatments. I wish you the best success, and please keep us updated.
I haven't but would love to. My husband is Uber skeptical of anything nontraditional so that's a real battle. I do take black seed oil, hemp oil, b17, NAC, and Essiac tea, iodine, and I do intermittent fasting, and a pretty much keto diet. No added sugar, but will eat berries, very few grains, organic veggies as much as possible.
