Yes your memory is correct - they bought a testing company called Mologic, not to be confused with moloch. You can be sure they will profit greatly from the mandatory weekly testing they are trying to impose on any unvaxxed people to go to work. Hopefully with the recent senate vote striking them down that crap goes away, in the US anyway. But not to worry, more variants (booster shots) are hitting shelves now and will ratchet the fear back up to 2020 levels.
