My friend is suffering bad and the inhalers make him not well.

OTC albuterol is back again... Not cheap though... After they changed the "Gas" in it to save the environment, How'd that go?... Anyway, I keep one for absolute emergencies and take a hot shower to relieve most spells of contact induced asthma... and yes arms up does buy you some time but only a while. ~ That's my experience.
