That's how it works when your case was already dropped by corrupt Kim Foxx and in Cook County when a special prosecutor is obtained he must prove to a grand jury that the criminal case was dismissed prematurely and that the criminal shall be reindited. In Jesse's case the special prosecutor did prove so and he was re-indicted on original charges and has now been found guilty in a public trial so now the judge decideds his sentence which takes sometimes weeks or up to three months.
