I love how all these athletes collapsing or dying and no matter what these articles refuse to say if they are vaccinated or not..."medical issue" right.......

Main options: medical issue, violent crime, drug overdose, suicide, accidental death. Agree with you that they never mention vaxx injury as possible explanation, but "medical issue" is a legit way to distinguish from the other common causes of death.
