I think this is a reference to Tina Tchen.

Y'know... Big Mike Obama's CoS. Founder of TimesUp / #metoo. Worked closely with Melissa DeRosa in covering up Cuomo. Pulled strings with Kim Foxx to have Juicy's charges dropped.

DeRosa has been doing the PR damage control tour locally around Albany and NYC the last couple of weeks, and Cuomo's back in hot water. I think they may be warning Tchen to stay off the grid and keep her mouth shut.
