Anyone else noticed that jabbed people can't remember things very well?

There are several specific people that I know that are jabbed and their memory seems to be getting progressively worse.

☝️This!!!! I have an engineer at work who seems to be in a permanent fog. Its really bad, his work is s!#$. I have spent days tracking down electrical issues just to find out this potato salad is jumbling his software. I informed my boss that he is costing us days of lossed labor. And it keeps getting worse.
