1% of kids are born with heart disease. Too rare to be concerned about, I guess. Can't say children develop heart disease.. Let's tell all the kids with heart disease. And cancel the campaigns (it does have it's own month).

We could come up with a laundry list of conditions that are rare yet receive their fair share of attention.
