Not much of a win, in fact, this is a loss. 59 districts can still force masks. The ruling was based in lack of authority and procedural violation because of the official's acting status and lack of governor's emergency order. The court did not rule that districts or even the state couldn't force masks. They just said the process for making that determination wasn't followed.
The CORRECT ruling would be that any order, mandate, even legislative action (law) forcing humans of any age to deprive themselves of the ability to breathe normally, is unconstitutional as a violation of their basic natural rights to bodily sovereignty over their healthcare decisions.
The people that run those 59 districts are a lot closer to the communities in question. They will have to personally face the irate parents, who will now have a lot more leverage.
