First off, get off your high horse. If a lawyer represents a piece of shit. Then later on i meet a man I want to do business with. Upon my due diligence, I discover he uses the same lawyer. I might take more scrutiny with the man. Something I am at full liberty to do. Be wise enough to understand the fable before you bite the teacher.
