I am the same way, just keep walking. If its that important they would have someone standing right there at the cash registers. I also dont care if I do a good job at scanning. I have received absolutely "NO" training in scanning there items. You get what you give.

They've tightened up security after finding people were scanning expensive stuff like asparagus as carrots.
