So now Patel is saying Trump's big plan is to "set a trap" and wait to get re-elected in 2024, how is that devolution?

Yeah, he's saying Trump planned on losing only to "Activate his secret government" so he could make tons of secret moves and then hopefully win the 2024 election. What?

I was at the Trump and O'Reilly event last night in Florida and Trump kept dropping these subtle things like "my ambassador in South Africa" or "my Russian envoy" and he really made it sound like he was still president. It was interesting.
