Thank you OP. I live in the deep south and have for most of my life and winter tornadoes are not uncommon because our temperatures fluctuate huge amounts in small amounts of time.

Think logically: If they could control tornadoes they would be wrecking things everywhere and way more often. Not mostly rural areas which is still where the vast majority of tornadoes are.

Everyone speculates on haarp but it is far more likely that they use haarp to cause longterm drought and that style of weather manipulaton.
