Not sure if this is a real post or not but for those seeking help..... no mention of Zinc, Vitamin D or Azithromicin. NAC would help with lungs but if you have pneumonia, you need an antibiotic. Should also be taking lots of quercetin. Also robitussen is very effective or mucinex. It will stop the cough and if there is mucous, it will loosen it. You have to throw the whole cabinet at this.
This is THE treatment for lung problems, together with Azithromycin (or equivalent) if you have a lung infection - evidenced by yellow or green mucous.
If dry cough (no infection) persists more than 10 days try 5mg Cetirizine Hydrochloride each day before bed for 3 days. (This is usually taken as half of a 10mg tablet. Trade names include "Piriteze" and "Piriton".)
You are correct. I keep and use budesenide for nebulizer for my kids. I used it myself when I had a cough that would not go away. My guess is that people who are having trouble getting prescriptions for anything covid related (blue states) are trying to find solutions without doctors committing malpractice.

Hadn't heard of oil of oregano but will keep it on hand.
Nobody has mentioned Budesonal Inhaler!
