The double cheeseburger McDouble whatever was on the $1 menu not a year ago like $3.29 each. Went through a drive-through with family of (6) this Thanksgiving it was almost $60. At that point my wife said that’s it - we’re grabbing a cooler and making sandwiches.
Am I getting old? How long has it been when there were 2 Big Macs / $2...? It was college days back when we lived on Whoppers - anyone remember it...? Whopper Wednesday’s every Wednesday for $1. No limit per person, we’d bag em up and put in the frig but pretty much live on em Wed-Sunday then take a couple days off. Back to the chicken ramen and hot dogs for a few. Ahhh, the good ol’ days.

I wish they'd offer a small cup of green beans or at least cole slaw in place of fries.
