Get out your calculator and figure out for yourself how many $1000, $100,000, and / or $1M payouts someone like Soros or Gates could easily afford and who / what they could buy with it. There are A LOT of Gates out there. A million dollars is pocket change to these people, but it's $1000 in the pockets of 1000 ANTIFA / BLM rioters for a weekend of mayhem and looting.
