What if "Build back better" and crazy Joe are part of the plan?

The economy collapses, mass amounts of people die(covid, suicide, vaccine etc.) This lasts say 1 year (Mad Max Times) then we rebuild. Question is, is Joe Biden part of the plan? Bring it all down to Build Back Better??? Of course Joe doesnt know this. One way to get to a Great Awakening. Sometimes the only way to open peoples eyes is to bring them to the brink.

Build back better has been a deep state saying for a while. It wasn't only Biden saying it, he's just spearheading it now.
