I am just wondering, if anyone on here who may have a loved one in the hospital because of COVID ever sued the hospital for denying their loved one's right to try under the Right To Try Act? I see this as something that the hospital still can get sued for. Maybe Trump's media group, when it starts buying up media outlets, should start a mass information campaign making every American aware of this law and then maybe we'll start seeing these kind of lawsuits against hospitals across the nation.

Brought it up to my sister’s doctor—he said he had no problem with giving it to her but that there was none in the hospital to give her and that she could not take anything by mouth. She died three days later. We brought up right to try but it went no where. We’ll see what we can do after the dust has settled in a few weeks.
