The farmacias in Mexico will sell you whatever you want no prescription needed.

Amoxicillin and other antibiotics. Here in America I have to use fish Moxies for aquariums so I don't have to pay an insane amount of money to see a doctor to treat tooth infections I commonly get. Amygdalin, outlawed by the FDA can be purchased in pill form.

You can even get a hydrocodone 30mg pill without all the fentanyl you see on the streets of America for $20 each or $30 in a touristy area.
