The content is hit or miss for sure, but you can bet your ass a lot of it is Solid Information.
Information that it never hurts to know and that could very well save your life if SHTF.
This link is mostly weaponry and combat related. If someone has some great Homesteading resources that'd be aces as well. I've got a few PDFs saved, I know how to grow crops etc. But stuff oriented around home power generation, medical care, etc would be nice.
Search archive.org for your favorite subjects. They have millions of books, pamphlets, magazines, audio files, and videos. People have even uploaded newer stuff that may not really be out of copyright.
You can even download an ISO file of Windows XP so you can put it on a computer and go back to the older days of software that just plain worked. They have tons of older computer software free for the download.
I have spent many hours downloading from archive.org.
This post just made my night. Actually, it will make my brothers night because this is right up his hermit in the mountains alley. Many thanks, as for homesteading and canning there's a channel I follow that has downloadable books, I'm just not sure how to transfer that type of file via mobile.
Remember Paladin Press well.

It's all good. I'll figure it out when the time comes. :) If it doesn't happen, it'll happen soon. Cheers!
