Wow, send 4 cars and 8 officers to give a ticket to a UPS driver doing her job????
No wonder there are so many smash and grab crimes when police so busy with delivery drivers. I would like to pay that ladies ticket if UPS doesn't pay it for her. In fact, lawyer up UPS, otherwise this will be a cash cow for every city in the United States.
just take the ticket and move on about your day. ups should make the deal with the courts to get this taken off your license. is funny how the cops just standing back, letting you film them. also, the cops could just write the ticket to the truck and put it under your wiper like they do in nyc all the time.
I agree that her mouth probably escalated the issue. Interesting at the end. The police officer tells her the ticket is not being issued to her but to UPS and that it wouldn't count against her license. But she's required to sign the ticket to avoid going to jail. Since when did double parking warrant an arrest?

Pure lunacy. The trash man better watch his back.
isnt it legal there to rob stores as long as its under a few thousand dollars in value?
Thats so the police can concentrate on the real crimes like, UPS trucks double parking.
Then UPS ought to rule no more deliveries on that block. Pick up at UPS store.
