This law is another way for patients who have been diagnosed with life-threatening diseases or conditions who have tried all approved treatment options and who are unable to participate in a clinical trial to access certain unapproved treatments.
Doesn't matter so long as the vaccines are considered. They made sure to get approval for only what they wanted to push. As long as they are convinced that whatever you want to try hasn't been approved for that use you are gonna be stuck. Could be a fancy loop-hole regarding how they got the EUA. That should be the first step taken anyway. Emergency Use Authorization means it hadn't been tested and shown to work, only that they think it might work and they need to try something yesterday, they are conducting the trials as we speak. So long as it remains under EUA it cannot technically be forced which is why they are trying so hard to convince people to take them. These mandates that we are seeing are not LAW and cannot be considered as such. I suppose that they were hoping to get enough people to take them that it wouldn't matter, the minority would be those that refused which would be quickly dispatched by a frantic populace. We saw this nearly happen at the onset.
